Everyone on the waitlist is free while Zenboard is in early access, on either plan, and there is no card to enter. We will tell you before that changes rather than after, and your work exports as CSV whenever you want it.
What it stands in for
One subscription instead of three.
Most people arriving here are paying for a task tool, something that tracks time and bills it, and somewhere clients can look. Zenboard is the three of them.
A task and project tool.
The board, the week, the milestones and the client the project belongs to.
A time tracker and an invoicing tool.
The hours become the invoice lines, at the rate the project carries.
A client portal or a shared drive.
One link they can follow, with no seat to buy for somebody who is not on your team.
What we commit to
Three things that will not change on you.
The worry with a tool you run your business on is not the monthly figure. It is being surprised later, or finding your work is hard to get out.
One price, not one per person.
Your clients use the portal without a seat, so the bill does not grow every time you take on new work.
Your work leaves with you.
Everything exports as CSV whenever you want it. Leaving is something you can do without asking us.
Nothing to cancel yet.
There is no card on file during early access, so there is no subscription to forget about and no renewal to catch you out.
What that looks like
The parts a table can only describe.
What the price buys, in the screens that do it.
Your client opens a link and stops asking
No account, no password, no seat to pay for. They see the work in progress, approve what needs approving, and send a request that lands as a task on your board.
The hours you tracked become the invoice
Pick the unbilled time, and the lines are written for you at the project’s own rate. The step where you rebuild it in a spreadsheet is the step that disappears.

The brief lives with the work it describes
Write it where the tasks are and @mention them as you go. When the scope moves, the document and the board move together instead of disagreeing quietly.
