Integrations
Zenboard fits around what you already keep.
What connects
Four connections, and we will say when there are more.
Each of these works today. Zenboard would rather name four real ones than draw a wall of logos it has not built.
Google Calendar, both ways.
Create an event in Zenboard or in Google and it shows up in the other. Your meetings sit beside the tasks you planned for that day.
A feed your other calendars can follow.
Zenboard publishes a calendar feed. Outlook, Apple Calendar and anything else that reads one can subscribe to it.
An MCP server.
Zenboard speaks MCP, so the AI assistant you already use can read your work and act on it. There is no assistant built in, by choice.
Your tasks, brought in.
Todoist and TickTick exports are read directly. Any other tool goes through a plain CSV, which Zenboard reads by its column names.
Moving your work
In, and out whenever you want.
A tool that is easy to join and hard to leave has told you what it thinks of you. Both directions are listed here for that reason.
Tasks in.
A Todoist or TickTick export, or a CSV from anywhere else. Dates, priorities and notes come across with the task.
Documents in.
Export your pages from Notion as Markdown and drag the files into Documents. They arrive as editable blocks, not as a screenshot of a page.
Everything out.
Your tasks, time entries and invoices export as CSV whenever you want them. Leaving is a thing you can do without asking us.
Not yet
What Zenboard does not connect to.
There is no Zapier app, no Slack app and no integrations marketplace. If your work depends on one of those, Zenboard is not ready for you yet, and that is a better thing to read here than to find out later.
One calm workspace, and the few things it talks to.
Free to start. Setting up takes about two minutes, and bringing your tasks across takes about the same.
